Designed for Your Profession

We are not an EAP. We are not affiliated with any hospital system.

Healthcare workers experience burnout, moral injury, and traumatic clinical events at rates higher than nearly any other profession, and are simultaneously the least likely to seek care, because of real fears about licensing boards, credentialing committees, and employer visibility. We designed this service specifically for that problem.

Burnout

A state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion from prolonged systemic stress. About depletion, running out of resources. The NAM and Stanford WellMD frameworks are clear: this is a systems problem, not an individual resilience failure.

Moral Injury

Occurs when you are forced to act, or fail to act, in ways that violate your core values and professional identity. It's not exhaustion; it's a wound to meaning. Different construct. Different treatment. Our team includes published researchers on this construct.

Care designed specifically for clinicians, by psychologists who understand the culture, changes that calculus.

Confidentiality: what you need to know

Your records are not shared with your hospital, credentialing committee, licensing board, or employer without your written authorization or a court order. Standard therapy for burnout, depression, anxiety, or moral injury does not trigger any reporting to your state board or your hospital. We default to self-pay, not insurance, to keep your care outside any employer benefit system.

"The moral distress of healthcare providers is not a character flaw or a sign of weakness. It is often a sign that someone entered the profession with integrity, and the system made it impossible to practice that way."
